professional image between WDI IT and internal end user across all
Lines of business for the China market. The role includes first level
client support combined with
office administrative support to IT Dept
1.Provide 1st level helpdesk support to internal user
2.Update and maintain “Service Tickets” in Client Support database
3.Answer queries concerning usage of standard applications
4.Manage, co-ordinate and maintain relationships with 3rd party IT support
staff in
providing support to clients
5.Purchase IT hardware and software as required
6.Maintain the inventory records for all IT hardware and software in the asset
management system
7.Coordinate with the local and/or regional service delivery team for customer
support
8.Perform administrative support to the IT department as required

Education
1.Diploma in Computer Science or relevant
Language Skill
1.Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written a must
2.Understanding of Cantonese a plus
Experience
1.2 year relevant working experience / fresh graduate with good
academic achievements will also be considered
2.Prior working experience in a customer services environment a plus
3.Experience with Windows OS and MS Office applications
