Develops and implements sales strategies to meet established market objectives for sales.
- Develop sales targets in support of the forecasted operating plan
- Advise, select and develop new clients to meet industry market strategies.
- Cooperate with other consulting teams and industry teams to support the entire company to achieve the company objectives.
- Collect and analyze industry and competitor information.
- Look for new industry business opportunities.
Interdepartmental Relations
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with other consulting team, industry teams and departments.

Bachelor degree or above.
- Minimum 2 years working experience and 1 years recruiting or executive searching experience. Managerial experiences in large scales of company preferred.
- Good communication.
- Good English skills both in spoken and in written.
- Good computer skills with Microsoft Office.
- Can work independently and under pressure.
